´╗┐Rv Tv Wiring - Which Part of the Brain Is Located at Stage 4 in the Diagram? ? Typically people understand the location of those parts of the brain that are used for certain functions but not the location of the other parts. The function of every part of the mind is different based on the individual. The structure of the brain is an indication of which part of the brain is responsible for which function. Gyrus - The largest area of the mind and is responsible for motor function, language and vision. It is the part of the brain that processes the visual information you see when you open your eyes. The gyrus also processes the words that you hear. The gyrus plays a part in language as it is the part of the brain that understands the meaning of words. Thalamus - This part of the mind has three major parts. 1 part is the bulb that's found behind the eyes and is responsible for vision. Another two chief elements are the thalamus as well as the corpus callosum. The thalamus connects the left and right hemispheres of the brain and can also be where the cerebrum that controls muscle movement connects with the cerebellum, which controls the motor controller of the human body. Parietal Lobes - The parietal lobes are located between the frontal lobes and the temporal lobes. If you should look at somebody and flip a light round to illuminate their face you would visit their eyes, mouth and the shape of their face. When a person is confronted with a specific situation they activate the parietal lobes. The temporal lobes are also responsible for hearing and recognizing noise. If you turned to your television to see a movie and the picture went out there could be a possibility that you missed seeing something. Globus Pallidus - The globus pallidus is a part of the brain that contains two parts. Another area of the globus pallidus is the thalamus, which can be located close to the base of the skull. Occipital Lobes - This component of the brain is located just above the eyes and also is responsible for movement, vision and having the ability to differentiate color. The parietal lobes include the place we use to identify colour. The occipital lobes can be viewed whenever someone looks up and looks down and it permits them to be able to point and focus. Parietal Cortex - The part of the brain that is responsible for facial recognition is that the parietal cortex. It is the component of the brain that controls facial recognition. The section of the brain which controls our sense of touch would be your somatosensory cortex.
