The Nursery, primary, Metric Schools Association General Secretary Nandakumar had informed that if the amount for the Free Compulsory education was not given, the admission of the students will not happen in the next year.
The Association meeting of the Tamilnadu nursery, primary, metric higher secondary and CBSE schools was conducted in Tirupur. The District President Palanisamy had presided this meeting.
The General Secretary Nandakumar had informed that: We cannot accept the order from the State and the central government stating that only the persons who had cleared the eligibility test should be appointed as the Teachers in the Private Schools. In that case, no teachers will be present in the private schools.
Some of the rules that are charged to the private schools are practically impossible. The rule of giving permission only when there is 3 Acre Land should also be applied to the government schools. The impact of this was more in the Kovai, Tiruppur districts.
A notice has been sent that the Schools that are present in the Tirupur, when they are applying to get the Approval they should get permission from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning. The government should get back this notice.
All the Private schools should unite together to face all these problems. When these Problems continues, we will conduct protest in front of the collector office. When the amount issued for the Admission of 25 percent of poor childrens under the free compulsory education scheme was not given. From next year onwards, the admission of the students under this scheme will not happen under this scheme.
The education department had changed to the Corruption department. Getting the amount from the schools by imposing the regulations should be avoided.
