tamilnadu plus 2 paper correction works completed now and as of 15th April 2014 teachers are sending registered marks of students to directorate of government examinations (DGE). It is already known that 12th exam results are to be declared on may 9 as dge declared the result dates earlier. We posted this in order to update the status of tn 12th paper correction works.
Officials are registering each student’s marks in CD and it is being sent to DGE now, this work may take a week to complete. After this DGE will check for mistakes in marks and they will be verified. Finally marks of each students will be updated online before some days of result declaration. So students can check their marks instantly from DGE portals and result servers. New result servers may be introduced to eliminate server down problems, server urls will be published through medias, news papers
About tn 12th exam:
tn public exams were conducted between march 3 to 25 at 2242 centers across the state, nearly 8.26 lakh candidates participated in this exam through schools and 53 thousand students were appeared as private examiners.
This year DGE gave Bar code in answer sheet instead of dummy numbers, due to this new change even teachers who are correcting the answer sheets will not able to identify the students name and where it is came from.
