change in anna university revaluation procedure 2014
Anna University has implemented a new scheme in end semester exam paper revaluation procedure. Previously student can apply for revaluation after seeing results by just filling the revaluation application and submitting to respective college along with appropriate revaluation fees and to apply for revaluation it is not compulsory to apply for photocopy of answer sheet.
But now students who are not convinced with the published results and wish to apply for revaluation must apply for photocopy of answer sheet first by paying 300rs. Then the received photo copy of answer sheet must be submitted to their subject staff. He must verify the student answer sheet and confirm that answer script has errors in valuation.
Finally after the recommendation of staff students can apply for revaluation by paying 400 rs within dead line date. This is the modified procedure and it is followed from nov/dec 2013 results
Here is the official notice about this changed procedure [issued on 2/1/2014]
Students comments about this is it will increase revaluation cost of each paper, because for a single paper they have to pay 700rs (300+400), previously 400rs.
Students who are not satisfied even with revaluation results may apply for review, but no change in current review method.
